1. Business Information

Confetti Party Company LLC provides event venue rentals, décor services, event planning, party rentals, photobooth services, and related event services in Albuquerque, New Mexico and surrounding areas.

2. Website Use

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and branding, is the property of Confetti Party Company LLC unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission

We reserve the right to modify website content, pricing, services, and policies at any time without notice.

3. Quotes & Pricing

All pricing displayed on this website is subject to change without notice.

Quotes provided through inquiries, consultations, or online forms are estimates only and are not guaranteed until confirmed by Confetti Party Company LLC.

Availability is not guaranteed until all required booking steps, including signed agreements and payments, have been completed.

Additional fees may apply for:

  • Extended event hours

  • Excessive cleanup

  • Damages

  • Specialty installations

  • Holiday or peak-date bookings

Applicable New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax (GRT) may be added where required.

4. Booking & Payments

Event bookings may require:

  • A signed agreement

  • A reservation payment or deposit

  • Additional payments prior to the event date

Failure to submit required payments by due dates may result in cancellation of services or loss of reserved event dates.

Booking policies outlined in individual event agreements take precedence over website information when applicable.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies are outlined in individual client agreements.

Reservation payments, deposits, custom décor purchases, specialty orders, and certain services may be non-refundable.

Rescheduling requests are subject to venue and date availability.

6. Venue Policies

Clients and guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully while using the venue and services.

The following are prohibited unless otherwise approved in writing:

  • Illegal activity

  • Smoking indoors

  • Open flames or hazardous materials

  • Excessive property damage

  • Activities exceeding venue occupancy limitations

Clients are responsible for the conduct and safety of their guests during events.

Maximum occupancy limits must be followed at all times.

7. Decorations, Rentals & Property Damage

Clients may be financially responsible for damages caused to:

  • Venue property

  • Rental equipment

  • Furniture

  • Décor

  • Fixtures

  • Photobooth equipment or accessories

Certain decorating methods may be restricted to protect venue surfaces and equipment.

Outside vendors may be subject to approval requirements.

8. Third-Party Vendors & Food Services

Confetti Party Company LLC is not responsible for:

  • Services provided by third-party vendors

  • Vendor delays or failures

  • Food preparation or food-borne illness caused by outside caterers, vendors, or guests

Clients are responsible for ensuring outside vendors comply with venue rules and applicable laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Confetti Party Company LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal property

  • Injuries caused by guests or third parties

  • Weather-related interruptions

  • Power outages or utility failures beyond reasonable control

  • Delays caused by emergencies, acts of God, or unforeseen circumstances

Use of the venue and services is at the client’s and guests’ own risk.

10. Photography & Promotional Use

Confetti Party Company LLC may photograph or record events for promotional, portfolio, website, or social media purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to the event.

11. Privacy

Information submitted through inquiry forms, booking forms, or email subscriptions may be used for communication regarding services, promotions, and bookings.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

12. Intellectual Property

All business names, logos, branding elements, website designs, photographs, graphics, and original content associated with Confetti Party Company LLC are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be used without written permission.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.
